Cornelius Station

General Proposal
In March, 2006 the Town Board of Commissioners began the process to revoke the Conditional Use Permit for the South Main Condominium project.  The Town Board provided the applicant an opportunity to amend the plan to reduce the height of the building.  Therefore the applicant requests to amend a previously approved plan in accordance with the proposed site plan.

The original plan incorporated a 47,720 square foot, six story building.  The applicant’s approved plan incorporated 30 condominium units with office and retail on the first floor.  The applicant is now proposing to amend this plan to reduce the overall height to four stories. The applicant is proposing a 22,550 square foot building with office and retail uses.  No residential units have been proposed as part of this amendment.
