Davidson-Concord Road
Small Area Plan
 Overview
The Towns of Cornelius, Davidson and Huntersville and the Mecklenburg-Union Metropolitan Planning Organization (MUMPO) have partnered to initiate a land use and transportation plan for the Davidson-Concord Road and NC 73 area. The Towns have worked together on developing a collective vision for land use, transportation improvements, economic development, and environmental protection in the study area.
Status
Staff presented the plan at the June 9th Planning Board meeting. The Planning Board recommended approval of the plan with some modifications.
Upcoming Meetings
June 16, 7:00 PM: The Town Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed Plan.
July 7, 7:00 PM: The Town Board of Commissioners will consider the proposed plan.
