Highway 21 Corridor Study

Purpose of the Study
The Town of Cornelius has contracted ColeJenest & Stone to conduct a study on the Highway 21 corridor from Westmoreland Road to Catawba Avenue.  The purpose of the study is to analyze development, land use and access management opportunities along the corridor.

Happenings to Date
The Town and ColeJenest & Stone have met with property owners in the affected area.  From these meetings a conceptual plan has been developed and will be presented at the December 8th Planning Board meeting (6:30 PM).  View the presentation.
