The Preserve at Robbins Park
Project Description
The applicant proposes a 143 lot single family residential subdivision in conjunction with a public park along the east side of West Catawba Avenue and south of Westmoreland Road. This project is to be developed on parcels that are part of a pending land exchange with Mecklenburg County involving portions of the existing Robbins Park parcel owned by the County and leased to the Town. The applicant has proposed a density of 0.82 dwelling units per acre.
